Summary

Historic maps depict the farmhouse with a garden or orchard to the immediate east and possible pigsties to the immediate north. To the immediate west and north-west were four ranges of farm buildings and a yard. Further to the west were two open sided barns. The farmstead was known as ‘The Wilgreaves’. The farmstead has been demolished and the area is now in use as a dredging disposal site.

The tithe map for Woolston with Martinscroft township depicts three buildings at this location. Nearby is the label 'Willgreaves'.
