The tithe map for Woolston with Martinscroft township depicts three buildings at this location. Nearby is the label 'Willgreaves'.

This map depicts the farmhouse with a garden or orchard to the immediate east and possible pigsties to the immediate north. To the immediate west and north-west are four ranges of farm buildings and a yard. Further to the west are two open sided barns and to the north-west, a pond. The farmstead is labelled ‘The Wilgreaves’.

The farmstead is clearly visible on this aerial photograph.
