Probably contemporary with the listed farm buildings to the north and built on the same alignment. The ground floor, with its set of five high curved segmented arches appear to have been used to house farm machinery, while the first floor, with its semi-circular arches was used for the storage of hay and fodder. The central arched entrance is set within a projecting gable that structurally divides the barn into two flanked sections. The arch proper begins at a spring line formed by a stone impost. Above the segmented arch are three symmetrically-placed window slits that are housed within the roof space. The elevations of this free-standing utility barn are constructed of brick, supporting a ceramic tiled roof.
