The tithe map for this township depicts a group of three buildings at this location. The award describes the plot as buildings, yards and lane. They are in the same ownership and tenanted by the same person as Newton Hall Farm.

This map depicts one building at this location. It doesn't seem to correlate with any of the buildings depicted on the tithe map (see 1).

It is probable that the south-eastern part of the site has been truncated by the Severn Vyrnwy Aqueduct.
