Summary

Historic mapping indicates the presence of buildings, just to the west of the existing property of Little West End, Wistaston, from 1831. Tithe mapping of 1840 depicts a main building with a smaller building just to the north. The apportionment describes the plot as a house, buildings and garden belonging to William Church Norcop and occupied by Richard Riley. The new property at Little West End which replaced the earlier buildings dates to the latter part of the twentieth century.

A heritage statement was undertaken in 2010 for land to the east of Wistaston Green Road in advance of a residential development. It identified buildings just to the west of the site of the current property 'Little West End'. A building is present on Bryant's map of 1831, and the same building appears on the 1840 tithe map, together with a smaller building to the north. The apportionment describes the plot as house, buildings and garden, owned by Norcup William Church and occupied by Richard Riley. The current property 'Little West End' dates to the latter part of the twentieth century.
