Monument record 14052 - Site of Eighteenth Century Farmstead, West of Stanney Lane

Desk-based assessment undertaken in 2017 in advance of development of land to the west of Stanney Lane highlighted the existance of a group of three buildings, probably a former farmstead, from historic cartographic sources. The buildings, centred at SJ 41052 74246, are present on a map of Little Stanney dating to 1736 and also on the Tithe Map of 1848, but are no longer depicted on Ordnance Survey First Edition mapping.
