Full Description
Archaeological investigations at the Odeon Cinema in 2013 also recorded traces of medieval activity across the site. Due to significant truncation from the cinema itself as well as earlier, post medieval, cellars the medieval evidence was limited, however. The evidence comprised cultivation soils identified in test pits 7-11, 14, 15, 17, 28 and 33.
