Summary

A clear network of relict drainage ditches which were possibly associated with a small wetland located in the south eastern corner of the field. This field was originally four plots, known as Ridding, Near Moor, New Meadow and Far Moor, and were owned and occupied by Samual Blantern. An area of narrow ridge and furrow, created by steam ploughing in the late nineteenth century, is visible in the area of the plot known as the Ridding.

Clear network of relict drainage ditches possibly associated with a small wetland located in the south eastern corner of the field. Some small circular depressions are located along the line of a few of the ditches. Narrow ridge and furrow is faintly visible in the eastern part of the field.
