Summary

30, 36 and 38 Northgate St are Grade II listed shops and former town houses, now used as shops, showrooms and for storage. Built in 1834, they were altered during the twentieth century. They are of three storeys, with brown brick laid to Flemish bond to the front and English garden wall bond to the rear, except for 30 Northgate St. which is of lined stucco on brick to the front.

30, 36 and 38 Northgate St are Grade II listed shops and former town houses, now used as shops, showrooms and for storage (1). Built in 1834, they were altered during the twentieth century.
