Summary
Post medieval evidence was recorded during the excavation of a new sewer line at Ebury Place in Handbridge.
The evidence was not described in detail but consisted of quantities of building material and ‘English’ sherds in a blackish soil. The site had formerly been occupied by a series of post medieval cottages known as Bolland’s Court but subsequently demolished.

Post medieval evidence was recorded during the excavation of a new sewer line at Ebury Place in Handbridge.
The evidence was not described in detail but consisted of quantities of building material and ‘English’ sherds in a blackish soil. The site had formerly been occupied by a series of post medieval cottages known as Bolland’s Court but subsequently demolished (1)
