Full Description
No 4 Curzon Park consists of a detached suburban house built in 1905 in the free Vernacular revival style. It is a late addition to the Curzon Park suburb. The house is of orange-brown and red brick with an upper floor of false close studding with plaster panels and a red clay-tile roof. Two storeys high it is three bays wide and symmetrical in design. Curzon Park was a mid 19th century suburb aimed at the upper middle class with large detached or semi detached properties often built in the Italianate style and set within large designed gardens. (1)
