Summary

No 5-7 Upper Northgate Street consists of a pair of town houses, now offices of a probable late 18th century date. They are of Flemish bond brown brick with a grey slate roof and a ridge parallel with the front. They are of three storeys with some rebuilding of the frontage in the late 19th century. There are some internal features retained in the present structure including a brick barrel vaulted cellar of two chambers.
