Full Description
No 4 Eastgate Street Row is mid 19th century three storey town house. The front facade consists of Flemish bond brick with oriel windows linked by continuous cornice and brackets. The shopfront at Row level is modern. Few original internal features could be identified as the interior is entirely covered.
The Row walkway has a 1.6m wide sloped and diagonally stepped stallboard with timber Row walk. The upper floors are supported by end piers of Classical style with a plaster ceiling. (1)
