Full Description
No 25 Eastgate Street Row is a three storey town house, currently in use as a shop and offices. It was rebuilt in 1889 following a fire. The main building material is timber framing with plaster panels and a brown tile roof. Much of the internal features are early 20th century in date.
The Row walkway has a sloping stallboard to the brick path and a wooden railing at the Row front. There is little of interest in the building itself. The exterior is heavily ornate with dark timber framing and plaster studwork, the upper floors jetty out with mullioned windows. (1)
