Full Description
No 21 Eastgate Street consists of a brick undercroft, now in use as shops, of a 19th century date. It was probably built in conjunction with the adjacent property (CHER 10518) with a single town house above both undercrofts.
The undercroft at No 21 is probably built entirely of brick, however all surfaces were covered during the Chester Rows Research Project making inspection impossible.
The Row level town house above is the same as the adjacent property (CHER 10518/2) (1)
