Full Description
The Queens School was established in 1878, but was moved to a new building at this location, on City Wall’s Road in 1883; the building was constructed by EA Ould (1. This had been the site of the former City Gaol (CHER 10315), which had been demolished in 1874 (1, 2). Please see the linked listed building designation DCH6840 for structural detail.
