Full Description
The Lyon House is a 17th or 18th century town house constructed to the rear of No 17 Watergate Street. It was included on the English Heritage Listed Buildings Register in 1972. The house is believed to be built on the site of the former detached kitchen of No 17. (1)
The present house is a 3 storey double fronted town house of brown brick in regular bond. In 2003 a building survey carried out during renovations to the property recorded the west elevation (2)
