Full Description
Post medieval structural activity consisting of evidence for a row of four terraced cottages was identified during archaeological investigations in 2002. The cottages appear to have been constructed some-time in the late 18th century and although they are relatively well documented indicating the row was built between 1789 and 1833, the excavations recorded only limited traces of the foundations, however. The evidence consisted of several wall foundations and floor surfaces associated with one of the cottages. (1)
