Full Description
Archaeological investigations on the site of the former Bowling Green in 1995 identified evidence of post medieval activity consisting of several rubble layers [layer 204, 205] in trench 2 dated to the 17th and 18th century and may relate to the structural build up of Princess Street. (1)
