Full Description
A series of medieval features were identified during archaeological investigations at Northgate Street in 2004.
The evidence consisted of a probable rubbish pit recorded to the rear of the property although the full extent of the feature could not be recorded. The fill of the pit indicated a medieval date. The pit was sealed by a later of soil containing medieval and post medieval pottery. (1)
