Full Description
A small quantity of medieval finds including pottery and ceramic building material were recovered during archaeological investigations at Hunter Street in 1996. Finds included a possible late medieval brick in trench 1 and several sherds of 14th or 15th century pink/white ware in trenches 7 and 13. Due to the fragmentary nature of the finds it is impossible to gain an understanding of medieval activity in the area. (1)
