Full Description
Small quantity of Roman pottery, amphorae and large pieces of lead recorded from the rear of No 20 Newgate Street, then the property of Mr Ewing. The pottery included a complete amphora with the stamp DOMS containing a large lump of lead. Other finds included a fragment of a bronze belt-fitting with open work decoration and piece of worked bone (1)
