Full Description
A late C18 public house with extensive late C20 modernisation built of rendered brick with stone dressings and Welsh slate roof. It has a 2½-storey symmetrical 3-bay front. The end bays have horned 12-pane sashes under flat wedged heads with raised keystones. 6-pane, top hinged casements under similar heads in the ½ storey. The central bay steps forward slightly and has semi-circular headed stone doorcase, with moulded imposts and raised keystone, to internal porch. There are similar windows above and to the rear is a range in stone rubble. The interior is entirely C20.
The GIS location of this record was updated on 7/09/2012 to match location of the listed builiding. Previously it was located 150m to the south. (2)
