3/10 Legh Arms Public House
II
Public House: late C18 with extensive late C20 modernisation. Rendered brick with stone dressings and Welsh slate roof. 2½-storey symmetrical 3-bay front. End bays have horned 12-pane sashes under flat wedged heads with raised keystones. 6-pane, top hinged casements under similar heads in ½ storey. Central bay steps forward slightly and has semi-circular headed stone doorcase, with moulded imposts and raised keystone, to internal porch. Similar windows above and to rear is a range in stone rubble. Interior: entirely C20. To left is a 4 bay late C20 addition of a dining room which is not included in the item.
