Summary
Grade II canal bridge: built in 1830 by William Crosley for the Macclesfield Canal Company. It has a horseshoe, elliptical arch with a chamfered coping at road level, plain parapet with rounded coping ending in a square pilaster. The standard bridge (but wider) on this canal. There are 6 other complete examples in Adlington.
