Stone head from Cuppin Street. Belongs to a large group of stone heads from Britain which on stylistic grounds are termed 'Celtic', but which show continuity into the Post Medieval period. This head possibly has a beard and is wearing a torc but is very worn and it is hard to tell. It was exhibited in the 'Lindow Man' Exhibition that ran from March to September of 1991 in Manchester

Stone head from Cuppin Street. It is now housed at the Manchester Museum (1). Belongs to a large group of stone heads from Britain which on stylistic grounds are termed 'Celtic', but which show continuity into the Post Medieval period.
