Description

Desk-based assessment, updated from 2017 (ECH6449), for land at Christleton Hall, University of Law Chester, Christleton, Cheshire CH3 7AB (NGR 343800 365820). This assessment is in support of proposed redevelopment for residential development including demolition of late 20th-century buildings and conversion of Christleton Hall from offices to residential apartments, and construction of a new office building.
