Description
A large scale RCHME hachured survey of the moated site at Minshull Vernon. RCHME surveyed the moat together with the immediate surrounding landscape at a scale of 1:1000 to identify archaeological features associated with the moat and to provide a wider landscape context for the site. A standard RCHME level 3 descriptive and analytical account was produced to accompany the drawn survey plan.
Note: The NMR Excavation Index dates this to 1992, the measured survey to October 1994, and the NRHE to 19/10/1992 to 06/11/1992.
