Description
An archaeological watching brief was undertaken in 2021 which comprised the monitoring of foundation trenches for the construction of a domestic extension. The work occurred due to the potential presence of Romano-British occupation deposits, however, no significant archaeological features were encountered as it appears that these had been removed during the construction of a previous extension in the mid-twentieth century.
