Description
Heritage assessment produced in 2019 for land at Leighton West in support of an application for a residential development. Based on recorded archaeological information, and the fact that the site is located in an area of poor soils less favoured for occupation in antiquity, the site is considered to have low archaeological potential. However, there site of an early twentieth century building, Totty's Hall, falls within the eastern part of the site and there is potential for below-ground remains of this to survive. (1)
