Description
Archaeological watching brief carried out July 2012 during emergency electrical repair works along the pathway ouside numbers 50-52 Bridge Street Chester.
The remains of a possible Roman structure and important in situ stratigraphical deposits were identified and recorded and finds retrieved. The watching brief confirmed important and significant archaeology survives in situ at shallow depths beneath the pathway at Bridge Street
