An appraisal of the ground conditions and anticipated foundation requirements for a proposed residential development comprising of three to six storey residential buildings on land adjacent to the A51, The Bars, Chester. The event effectively represents the consolidation of all previous research, archaeological and otherwise, relating to ground conditions in this area.
