Description
Thirty 2nd year students from Chester College of Higher Education carried out building surveys of a late nineteenth century Grade II former warehouse near Bolland's Court. Much of the building's late nineteenth century fabric is intact and is mainly irregular bond brick whilst the rest appears to rest on much altered sandstone remains of the medieval common hall (1).
