Description
Building assessment of Boughton Hall was produced to assess the heritage assets of the building in advance of redevelopment in the area.
The Hall is a mid 17th century structure and is a Grade II historic building. It appears to have remained in its original form until the mid 19th century when the first extension was introduced. Six more phases of extensions were then added before 1871. Despite this there has been little loss to the historic fabric of the place.
