Description
A desk-based assessment carried out in connection with proposals for the redevelopment of Disley paper mill. The study identified some upstanding elements of the 19th-century complex and demonstrated the potential for associated below-ground remains to be present. A programme of archaeological mitigation to record these features is recommended in the event that the site is re-developed.
