Description
Watching brief carried out in advance of planned redevelopment of the site. Groundworks were minimal and the report was a brief summary of activity as part of a second stage of works on the site (1). Work included the lowering of the boundary walls and the existing floor and external levels as well as the removal of partition walls to the rear of the properties. Watching brief has enabled the recorded of post medieval features underlying the development footprint (1).
