Description
Works in the highway by National Grid observed by Earthworks Archaeological Services during what was thought to be a preliminary meeting but turned out to be only opportunity for observation. Various open trenches photographed which were open to depth of c 0.8m. Occasional lumps of sandstone but no in situ remains of friary.
