Description
The site consisted of a triangular paddock; two ponds were excavated within this site. The only archaeological remains encountered during the works were two modern field drains and one early 20th century brick drain. The majority of the finds were late twentieth century, with very occasional sherd of mid to late nineteenth century pottery.
There was no evidence for any previous use of the land other than as farmland. The finds suggest that it has been used occasionally for dumping and bonfires towards the end of the 20th century.
