Description
Following removal of the upper surface, the results have confirmed that the deposits immediately underlying the concrete ramp are the result of ground make-up laid down probably during the early nineteenth century. Below the nineteenth century layers, a deposit of sandstone rubble of uncertain date was identified but not disturbed.
