Description
Excavations between 1966 and 1969 were undertaken in advance of extensions to Greenall Whitleys Brewery on Wilderspool Causeway. Warrington Museum and Public Library provided assistance with the administration. Excavation was financed by the Department for the Environment. Full Site archive deposited in Warrington Museum together with the finds
