Lloyd's Bank, Foregate Street: during the construction of a strong room to the rear of the premises a small group of objects were recovered including a Roman knee brooch and a Late Saxon ring head pin (1).CHER 8030/46; 9013/23 34 Bridge Street: Roman sandstone capital recorded during excavations for a boiler house (2).
