Description

Former Bank LL53(Previously LL EP/4) Address: 112 Station Road, Ellesmere Port Architect: Not known Date: Not known Description Essentially 2 storey with 2nd floor accommodation within the roof (i.e. 3 floors). Pitched slate roof with stone capped brick chimney stacks. Stone capped brick parapet above stone classical entablature. First floor windows are sliding sash with Ashlar dressed stone surrounds and string course at lintel height. Walls are red brick. Ground floor walls, coursed Ashlar stone with tall windows to former banking halls. Existing windows may be modern replacements. Decorative round arch canopy to corner door on splays. Condition Good. Current Use In use as a betting shop. Updated January 2007
