Shop with accommodation, now storage. Probably mid C18, altered. Flemish bond stone-dressed brown brickwork; grey slate roof with ridge at right angle to street. Modern shopfront of no interest. Rusticated second-storey floor-band of painted stone; rusticated quoins to second and third storeys; 2 altered cross-windows with painted stone sills and wedge lintels with false keystones to second storey; third storey sillband and 2 flush 9-pane unequal sashes; modillion pediment; brown brick lateral chimney, west. INTERIOR not inspected.
