Shop with former accommodation now storage. Probably mid C18 refurbished early C20. Stone-dressed brick now largely roughcast and pargeted; grey slate roof. 3 storeys of one bay. The shopfront has a recessed glazed door, west; shop-window with one flat-arched pane to front and one to doorway; timber end-pilaster on stone plinths. The second and third storeys are roughcast with pargeted decoration; 2 flush 12-pane sashes in eared architraves to each storey, those to the third storey with square panes; those to the second storey have open pediments supporting putti-heads on vases; a fruit-and-foliage motif between and to each side of third storey windows. A segmental modillion pediment in front of parapet. INTERIOR not inspected.
