Pair of cottages. 1626. For Bishop John Bridgeman as dwellings for vicars choral. Red coursed rubble sandstone and brown brick; grey slate roof. 2 storeys and attics. Each cottage has a front gable and a central doorway, that to No.13 with added gabled porch; replaced doors. A 3-light casement to each side of each door; those to No.13 have small panes, those to No.14 have altered glazing. 2 windows to second storey of each cottage and one to the attic in each front gable. The main roof, ridge parallel with the front, joins the rear of the gables. A 4-flue brick chimney to each cottage at the ridge junction. INTERIOR: could not be inspected.
