Detached suburban villa now also containing a small dwelling. c1860, extended to each side c1900. Rendered with hipped grey slate roof. 2 storeys. Left wing of 2 windows and added doorway; door of 6 bolection panels in Ionic case having eared architrave, pilasters and segmental pediment; two 8-pane sashes and inserted door left of entrance; two 8-pane sashes right of entrance, and 2 in added bay; similar sashes to first floor, 2 of 6 panes, in architrave cases; a pediment gable. The north face to the Dee has 3 canted bay windows; sashes and round-arched sashes. Frieze and cornice to all sides of house; 4 rendered chimneys. INTERIOR not inspected.
