II
Cottage, mid C19, of concrete cast in imitation of ornate timber frame. Grey slate gabled roof with flush gable chimneys, each with 2 diagonal flues. Shaped bargeboards. Symmetrical It storeys, with gabled dormer over entrance. The simulated timber frame stands proud of the white-painted panels which are round-topped. Gothick windows of wood; gothick door of 3 painted vertical panels. Late C20 extension at rear is not prominent. The cottage is shown on the O.S. 1st edition 6 inch to 1 mile map, surveyed 1873.
