Farmhouse: early C18 with mid-late C18 remodelling. English garden wall bond orange brick. Welsh slate roof and 3 brick chimneys. Rectangular plan. 3-storey, 3-bay front. End bays have tripartite sashes with glazing bars under flat wedged stone heads and with stone sills. 16-pane sashes in top storey (1 false). Central bay has a wooden doorcase with a triangular pediment and marginal panels. This contains a 5-panelled door with raised fields. Similar windows above. Gables have flat stone coping and show some stone quoining. Interior: not inspected but plain baluster stair visible. Provisional list records some early doors and an inscribed stone, recording the site of a chapel, is reported in the cellar.
