Green Farmhouse.

Farmhouse: core of lower storey C17, major alterations and additional storey dated 1748. Minor alterations C19. Coursed, squared, buff sandstone rubble with composition tile roof and 2 stone chimneys. Double-pile plan. 2 storey, symmetrical. 3-bay east front. Raised rusticated quoins. Large 30-pane windows below and 3-light, wooden casements above, both under plain stone lintels. Rusticated, flat-headed doorcase contains 6-board door. Date tablet above has initials TWS with angels and leaves in corners. West front has chamfered door lintel and flush quoins. Windows are 3-light wooden casements. Interior: Timber-framed partition walls and chamfered ceiling beams. C18 stone fireplace with lintel on plain consoles.
