7/25 The milestone at west corner of the fountain

Milestone: Dated 1898. Cast iron. Triangular in section with raking top. Left vertical face records distances to Stockport and Manchester, right vertical face, distances to Whaley Bridge and Buxton. "Cheshire County Council" and dated on the top.
