5/12 Gatepiers approximately 20 yards to north-east of Gawsworth Old Hall
GV II
Pair of gatepiers. Late C17/early C18 Painted ashlar. Square piers. Moulded plinths with rebate to inner side terminating in scrolls. Moulded caps with roll and cyma mouldings. Each bears a C20 ball finial.
